Kolman Fine and Coarse Material Washers offer our customers a highly efficient and economical method of sand preparation. Our standard sand screws are capable of 50 TPH to 950 TPH. We offer singles from 24" to 72" diameter and lengths of 25' to 38'. Our standard twin screw model is equipped with 36" diameter to 72" diameter and lengths of 25' to 36'.
The troughs are fabricated from an all-welded heavy duty stell plate construction. The screw is fabricated from heavy duty flighting with NI-hard wear shoes or polyurethane shoes.
These units are offered in a portable or stationary arrangement. Many other options are available upon request.
