Custom Laser Cutting
In an ongoing effort to improve our own products and offer valuable new services to our customers, The Conveyor Company has added a 4,000 watt laser cutting center to its shop arsenal. The Strippitt LVD Axel 3015 is a precision, high speed laser unit that incorporates flying optics with constant beam
length to assure fast, accurate cutting on metal sheets or plates. Multi-pallet CNC controlled load/unload system helps to provide efficient, high speed workpiece changeover. Features like quick change lenses and capacitive height sensing reduce set-up time and enhance machine flexibility for higher productivity and lower per-piece costs.


The automatic load/unload allows unattended production, permitting the operators to perform other tasks while the machine is cutting.
